Corrugated Products DIE CUTS Not everything is shipped in a Regular Slotted Container. As high speed case erectors become more common place, a die cut carton, with exacting specifications may be needed to meet structural or merchandizing demands. Independent II is a leader in the design and manufacture of die cut cartons, from pizza boxes to displays to auto wrap designs. Our die cut products can accompany high end graphics and are always clean from corrugated debris or dust. A recently produced 3-color die-cut with kraft shipper produced on a MWU 1500RDC. 1-color printing on the interior was added on a second pass.
Independent II is a privately owned and operated full service corrugated and packaging company staffed by "seasoned veterans." Our new facility is a 150,000 square foot building in the center of Louisville equipped with an impressive array of manufacturing equipment. We are equipped to produce and service a multitude of corrugated products from protective designs to high-end graphic corrugated shipping containers. We also feature a fully supported design lab with a CAD cutting table for design and sample approvals.
